Membership Types

Each membership outlines what we could do for your property during an emergency. You can add a la carte services with notice of at least 24+ hours. This does not include professional fees for plumbers/contractors/electrician & other services that may be required during an emergency because those costs can not be accounted until it happens. You can implement 1 emergency hour for 1 site visit.

Basic Membership

$250

1 Hour initial consultation

2 Hours of Emergency calls allowed throughout the year of membership

5% off A la carte services

Retainer fee: $500 is required as deposit

Maximum 1 property registration

Intermediate Membership

$500

1 Hour initial consultation

5 Hours of Emergency calls allowed throughout the year of membership

5% off A La Carte Services

Retainer fee: $1,000 is required as deposit

Maximum 2 property registration

Elite Membership

$1,000

2 Hour initial consultation

10 Hours of Emergency calls allowed throughout the year of membership

10% off A La Carte Services

Retainer fee: $2,000 is required as deposit

Maximum 3 property registration

Professional Membership

$2,500

3 Hour initial consultation

25 Hours of Emergency calls allowed throughout the year of membership

10% off A La Carte Services

Retainer fee: $5,000 is required as deposit

Maximum 4 property registration

All Retainers

Must be maintained all through the year. Once it reach 30% remaining of your retainer, we will ask for a re-load.

There's an A la carte price list sent to all members at the beginning of sign-up or every year on January 1st.
