Site Visit

We can do an inspection of interior or exterior of the property.

Pictures and videos will be uploaded for you to see.

Residential or Commercial properties

This fee covers up to 1500 sq ft. Additional fee $0.10 per sq feet.

Bill Collection and payments

$10+

We can gather your bills, scan and send it to you.

Payments can be deducted from your retainer.

Bookkeeping - rate per hour

$30+

Reconciliation from bank records to match all receipts. Scan receipts, organize and enter them into excel sheet to proper expense categories.

Calculations on profits/losses/HST payable/HST Refund.

Lawn Mowing

$75+

1 Hour of mowing the lawn & trimming.

Additional hour $75

Snow Removal

$75+

Small driveway 500 sq ft and steps to the entrances every time it snows.

Sprinkle salt on the sidewalk to the entrance.

Photos

$250+

This is for marketing purposes like Airbnb, VRBO, listings, and etc.

Extra cost if travel is required.

Cleaning

$250+

2.5 Hours of Basic Cleaning: Vacuuming, washing, wiping, airing out your property, throwing out 2 bags of garbage.

Deep Cleaning

$500+

4 Hours of Basic Cleaning & throwing out debris.

Painting

$650+

This covers up to 600 square feet. Additional fee $1.50 per square foot.

All in white paint. Additional cost for other paint colors.
